R-R PIII - engine hung by its head

The rope around the exhaust port is kept in place by inserting a stud in one of the bolt holes; the other side of the rope is located round the centre inlet flange.  The engine is suspended clear of the stand BUT large wooden chocks are inserted across the stand to give only 1/4" drop distance.  Nuts are wound on to the centre studs to stop the head flying off when it releases.  (Nothing like being optimistic!)

A good shot of my temporary repair patch.  The oily streaks are from the various freeing agents.
